MadisonMadison Elle Beer from Long Island, New York was an early music enthusiast. She began posting videos in 2012 of her singing renditions of popular songs. Justin Bieber, a pop star, saw her rendition of Etta's "At Last" within a few months and then shared it with Bieber's 25 million+ followers on Twitter. The publicity led to her signing a record deal at Island Records, and then a management agreement with Bieber's manager. Beer also landed a small role in Louder Than Words, starring David Duchovny, and it premiered at the 2013 film festival. The debut single by Beer that was poppy and melismatic "Melodies," was released late in 2013. In 2018 she released her first solo debut album, "As She Pleases". The lead single "Home with You" landed in the Top 30 in Norway, while the EP made it to the top part of the Billboard 200. Beer also dropped the single "Hurts Like Hell", with Offset in the in the same year.
